Job Brief – We are looking for an enthusiastic & energetic Learning Consultant (EdTech Sales) to join our growing team. The team member will be required to collaborate and assist the implementation of various sales strategies at Sophos Knowledge Services and its products/affiliates.

Job Description:

  • Outcall and connect with new prospects in a day and follow up/engage with already contacted leads daily to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with candidates on telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chat, etc.
  • Building high-quality engagement-driven discussions with prospective candidates and enrolling them in our learning programs
  • Data-Driven Sales Management: Managing the entire sales funnel from lead stage till conversion and building an engagement-based sales model by working effectively on CRM.
  • Focus on High-Quality Sales and adherence to solid sales processes

Requirements:

  • One year of sales experience in B2C in the EdTech Industry
  • Sales masters with a track record of outstanding sales achievements
  • Good understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM Management (Salesforce, Lead Squared, NoPaperForms, Etc)
  • Excellent communication, listening & conviction skills.
  • High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
  • Start-up Exposure is preferred
  • High Level of Result Orientation and Perseverance
